MotoBFF Pro: what it adds, and how to get a year free with invites

MotoBFF is free to use, and MotoBFF Pro adds the full rider list in Riders near you, unlimited route generations and saved routes, priority visibility, seeing who viewed your profile, and joining rides and city chats anywhere. Invite 8 friends who ride, and once they've joined MotoBFF and been on a group ride, you get a year of Pro.
Most riders never need Pro. The free app does what MotoBFF is for: group rides near you, chats, routes and places. Pro is for riders who use it a lot or travel to ride.

Who Pro is for
- Riders who travel. Joining group rides and city chats where you're heading, before you get there, is the main reason riders upgrade.
- Riders in busy cities. Ten riders is a lot in a small town and very few in a big city.
- Route planners. Five route generations go quickly if you like trying new loops every weekend.
If none of those sound like you, the free app is fine. We'd rather you ride with it than pay for it and not use it.
A year of Pro for 8 friends
Invite 8 friends who ride, and you get a year of MotoBFF Pro. No payment, and nothing renews.
How it works
- Share your link. Open Invite friends from your profile. You get a link and a 6-character code. Send the link, or tell a friend the code.
- They sign up with it in their first week. The link fills in the code. A friend who already has the app can type it on the Invite screen, within 7 days of creating their account.
- They join a group ride. Within 30 days, with a rider you didn't invite. That's when a friend counts.
Invite friends shows each friend and the date they need a group ride by. Once 8 count, a person checks the invites, usually within a few days, and then the year switches on. It runs for 365 days.
The rules
- One invite per Apple or Google account. Fake or duplicate accounts don't count and can cost you the reward.
- A friend counts only after a real group ride with someone outside your invites. Eight friends riding only with each other doesn't count.
- You can only use one invite yourself, and the rider who invited you sees your rider name.
- If you already pay for Pro on iPhone, you get an Apple code for a free year instead, to redeem in Settings.
Tips for getting to 8
- Invite the friends you already ride with. They're the ones who'll join a group ride.
- Post a ride and invite them to it. Their first ride with other riders is also the one that makes them count.
- Mind the dates. A friend has 30 days from using your code to join a group ride.
